Objectives of the Gender Equity and Sensitization

The institution provide conducive and healthy atmosphere where female and male work together with respect, dignity and a sense of responsibility towards personal safety and security.

The institute has counseling and mentoring activities, women grievance committee and internal complaint committee for gender sensitization with equal representation of male and female staff and students.

The activities are performed with the objective to spread the awareness about gender issues and provide an environment with gender equity.

Other objectives for gender sensitization activities includes

1) Create positive values among male and female students as well as staff members.

2) Guide to integrate all the genders in all activities of the Institution.

3) Spread awareness about equality social system, democratic activities and legal aspects of gender equity.
